Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and leave our facility. We currently offer economy options and express shipping for faster delivery. Shipping times vary from country to country.
Please ensure that any special instructions relating to the delivery are specified before finalising the order at checkout. All prices displayed on our website are in British Pound (GBP) and will be charged in British Pound at the time of checkout.

Parisa Dresses is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for. Parisa Dresses is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. Parisa Dresses is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.
In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind we will happily exchange your item/s providing the following conditions have been met: The items are returned within 14 days after the delivered date and the original sales receipt is present. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garment must not have been worn.
Please choose carefully, there is NO EXCHANGE ON ANY SALE ITEMS.
Any exchanges are paid upon the expense of the customer as we do not provide a return label.
If you return items to us that do not comply with the above requirements, we will return them to you at your cost.
We do not offer credit or exchange for change of mind purchases on sale items, scarves, bands and accessories.
